When I started woodworking last spring, I thought I may build a few things, be better equipped to sand something and that was about all. What I did not anticipate was a growing passion that has continued to challenge and teach me new lessons.

The thought of being able to build high quality items for my home has become a reality but I have realized how short sighted that is.

I have decide to create a non-profit organization called Artisan Care.

What could happen if craftspeople of every discipline came together to create heirloom quality home goods for people who have none?

What would it mean to a family without a dining room table to have a place for their family to gather? I am not talking about a quick-fix, particle board band aid, but a piece of furniture that a family can be proud of.
